The City intends to use the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method for preconstruction, well rehabilitation, and construction services. The Design Engineer and selected CMAR will be expected to collaborate closely to address critical project challenges. The selected CMAR team must demonstrate proven skills and technical competence in the following areas: • Construction of similar well facilities • Delivery of pre-construction services and coordination with design engineers • Management of complex project phasing and scheduling • Accurate cost estimating and cost modeling • Proactive project management • Effective communication • Coordination with impacted utility companies • Community outreach and public notification
