Specifications include, but are not limited to:ROOM ARRANGMENTS: o Registration area including space for display tables and breaks, and nearby lockable office space for conference staff o Ballroom for General Sessions (700-800 banquet seating) Page 30 of 33 oBallroom for at least 40 Career Fair Exhibitors (each exhibitor to generally have 1-2 rectangular tables, plus room for piping and draping) (concurrent with all other sessions) oRooms for 3-4 concurrent workshops and Breakout Sessions (seating for approximately 250-300 each, depending on space available) oSpace for concurrent Poster Session oAdditional meeting rooms for companion meetings TBD FOOD & BEVERAGE; VENDOR TO PROVIDE: oAfternoon coffee break for Thursday; light reception foods for Thursday evening oBreakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and one evening reception for Friday oBreakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon coffee breaks for Saturday. Expected totals for each meal to be provided by conference staff.
