oncession and liquor services shall be provided for all concerts and shows in the Amphitheatre, as well as any local or corporate events that require concession and/or liquor services. On occasion, the City may opt to provide alternate food and beverage arrangements in the Amphitheatre for events that do not utilize standard concession services. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a point of sale system to manage the food and beverage operations for events scheduled at the Amphitheatre. Contractor shall be responsible for staffing an appropriate number of points of sale locations for each event, as determined by the City, based on anticipated capacity. Contractor shall have products on hand for service of up to 5,000 people per event. Any equipment not included in the Concession area, but needed to provide service, shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide. No equipment shall be installed without approval from the City. The Contractor shall be responsible for removal of litter and cleaning of concession areas immediately after an event.
