SERVICES DESCRIPTION: Working with the City’s Municipal Court Community Resource Team, the services requested are to be provided Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am to 1:30pm for Problem-Solving Court participants, Justice involved individuals, and police contacts as follows: • Two rooms for service agencies to utilize as scheduled o Agencies will provide services o Table and Chairs set up • Use of showers • Common area for Community Resource Information • Use of Laundry services • Use of Cooling Stations • Transportation Coordination • Provide Clothing and Hygiene • Provide use of Wi-Fi internet and a computer workstation The reporting requirements for these services would be done on a weekly basis as follows: • Service Rooms o Dates the room was used o Name of agency utilizing the rooms • Individuals referred to service(s) o Number of individuals referred for services o Name of individual referred o Date they were referred o What services they were referred to • Showers o Number of individuals utilizing showers o Dates showers were used o Name of individuals who used the shower • Laundry o Number of individuals utilizing laundry services o Dates laundry services were used o Name of individuals who used laundry services • Cooling Stations o Number of individuals utilizing cooling stations o Dates the cooling stations were used o Name of individuals who used the cooling stations • Transportation Coordination o Number of individuals utilizing transportation o Dates transportation was used o Name of individuals who used transportation • Clothing and Hygiene o Number of individuals provided clothing, hygiene, and/or prepacked food products o Dates clothing, hygiene, and/or prepacked food products were provided o Name of individuals who were provided with clothing, hygiene, and/or prepacked food products • Internet and Computer Use o Number of individuals utilizing Wi-Fi internet and/or computer o Dates Wi-Fi internet and/or computer was used o Name of individuals who used the Wi-Fi internet and/or the computer
