The Town of Gilbert is constructing a new Advocacy Center facility. This new advocacy center will provide various public facing services, to include victim advocacy services, public safety officer meeting space, family and social support services, veterinary services for families and victims, therapy services, and more. The advocacy center will also house management offices, administrative offices and meeting spaces, and advocacy center support staff. The Town of Gilbert’s Advocacy Center program is being funded through a collective of sources, to include Federally issued ARPA funds. As such, the Town of Gilbert is subject to certain procurement of services methods and requirements that meet the ARPA funding rules. This competitive bidding process is critical to meeting the ARPA acquisition rules, and your cooperation as a ‘Proposer’ in meeting the comprehensive detail responses within this request for proposal (RFP) is critical to the program success, and your opportunity for award.
