1. Contractor shall remove existing HVAC units and dispose of them properly. 30 EA $ $ 2. Contractor shall provide and install new Energy Star-rated, 14 SEER R-454B heat pump split system condenser units (size determined by ACCA Manual J for a 905 sq. ft., 2-bedroom apartment), including a programmable thermostat with backup battery, all necessary materials and labor per manufacturer specifications, approved plans, and applicable codes (2018 IBC, all work must comply with Authority Having Jurisdiction, AHJ); scope includes project specification (Attachment #1) and Manual J Calculations (Attachment #2), removal and replacement of the condensate pump and electrical disconnect, drain line cleaning, install insulation on all exposed power lines located within and around the HVAC unit and must be properly supported and kept off the ground, and installation of a compatible filter-drier. 14 EA
