Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a solution at no cost to the City of Mesa. Contractor shall provide trained, professional personnel for the purpose of providing insurance services. Contractor shall provide all the equipment and staff necessary to provide insurance services to customers. Services shall include: Meet with involved drivers individually Gather complete information for Arizona Traffic Collision Report Complete Arizona Traffic Collision Report in Mesa Police Department Records Management System for forwarding to State of Arizona Provide report and documentation to insurance companies and individuals involved, in accordance with Public Records Request protocols Claim management for insureds and insurers Capture accident information that can be used to accurately complete the State’s accident report Contractor shall only provide services for which it contracts for with an insurance company and information processing services and shall not allow any other services to be provided on the premises of the Center. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the Police Department and its officers in the discharge of motor vehicle accident investigations. Collisions will be removed from roadways and will minimize health and safety risks. Drivers will report accidents at the Center rather than wait for an officer on the side of the road in adverse weather conditions.
