Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Provide service within a twenty-four (24) hour period. Upon receipt of an authorized purchase order, at the locations listed: 4.1.1 Arizona State Public Health Laboratory (LAB) 250 N. 17th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85007; 4.1.2 Radiation Measurement Laboratory (RML) 4814 S. 40th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85040; 4.2 Be a licensed service company with the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Division of Weights and Measures and provide copy of license; 4.3 Be an accredited ISO/IEC 17025 calibration laboratory; 4.4 Have Class 1 weights and calibration procedures that are National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable; 4.5 Have weights that cover the range needed to certify the balances at the two (2) locations including, but not limited to: 4.5.1 A low weight of 0.100 grams; 4.5.2 A high weight of 5,000 grams; 4.6 Annually the State of Arizona Metrology Laboratory shall certify weights and testing equipment; 4.7 Have service technicians that are factory trained on Sartorius and A & D Engineering instruments as required by the current inventory of balances and scales; 4.8 Have support training on Mettler, and other major brands of balances and scales; 4.9 Provide a quote for parts that are not included in the standard service prior to installation; 4.10 Provide a discount on items from a general catalog; 4.11 Abide by the LAB and RML policy and procedures that will be provided as needed; and 4.12 Make service call arrangements during standard business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
