reconstruction of 7,000 LF of roadway including portions of South Ridge Crest Drive, West Country Club Drive, West Cooley, North 34th Drive, and West Country Club Circle. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the pulverization/removal of approximately 24,000 SY of existing asphalt roadway, subgrade preparation and compaction, reshaping the roadway grade, installing new 3” asphalt pavement overlay, re-establish roadway shoulder, adjusting water valves and manholes, and other items necessary for the accomplishment of the improvements. The work includes all required labor, material, transportation, public notification, traffic control, and services for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents.
