Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide website design and development consulting services. Review current website design, content management, focus and functionality. Review page and application traffic. Identify opportunities and potential challenges. Facilitate discussions with City Council and staff to determine recommended design, content, focus and functionality of website. Present a minimum of three distinct design concepts for the City’s consideration. Include: a. Webpage templates and modules b. Responsive design of pages for viewing by mobile, tablet and desktop computers c. Recommended content format that prioritizes user experience, mobile visits, multiple browsers and ADA accessibility guidelines for websites d. Accommodate functionality on both current and legacy browsers e. Adaptability to allow for future use of sub-sites or micro-sites by City departments f. Recommended social media integration and uses g. Recommended integration for third party applications.
