Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two story wood frame and stucco building of approximately 11,256 square feet. A. Utilities: Electrical, Telephone, and Cable are in east alley, Water and Sewer are on site, new fire line to be installed from Arizona Street, there is no Gas in the project. B. Site Limitations: Very small site with access from Tener Avenue and east alley. The area is residential and must not be impacted by offsite activities. Work hours shall be from 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Exceptions to established working hours must be approved by the Project Manager. C. Parking: Limited parking on streets. Spaces must be left open for adjacent businesses. Additional parking is available on the vacant lot at the southeast corner of Tener Avenue and Powell Street – a block away. D. Storage: The parking lane on Arizona Street in front of the site will be blocked off. Other offsite secure storage will be identified. Limited secure storage can be made available in vacant City building. E. Temporary Office: A temporary office at the site will be required for keeping permitted plans, shop drawings, and other project information. F. Sanitary Facilities: Compliant portable toilets must be provided. G. Traffic Control: As required, with assistance by the Bisbee Police Department if needed. H. Protection of adjacent areas and facilities: There is a close residence to the south that shall be screened from construction activities.
