Recruiting Firm’s Key Components of the CEO Recruitment • Understanding the Company and Role Requirements: • Thoroughly analyse the company’s current business strategy, financial stability, housing land development and related issues, organization structure and the Branch and Department staffing and feasibility, key challenges to define the ideal CEO profile. • Review and develop a detailed job description outlining the CEO’s responsibilities, key performance indicators (KPIs), leadership style expectations, and necessary qualifications, and job factors. 2. Candidate Sourcing and Identification • Utilize a diverse range of recruitment channels like executive search networks, industry associations, headhunting, online platforms, and referrals to identify potential candidates. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify top talent within the industry and relevant sectors. 3. Candidate Evaluation and Screening: • Conduct initial telephone/video screening to assess candidate’s fit with NHA based on experience, skills, and alignment with NHA’s needs. • Conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioural-base questions to evaluate leadership capabilities, decision-making skills, and crisis management abilities. • Assess candidate’s financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to building relationships with key stakeholders. • The Firms must demonstrate the ability to perform the work within the required time limit with the project team.
