The Arizona State Parks and Trails, 23751 N 23rd Ave, Suite 190, Phoenix, AZ 5085, is requesting bids from a qualified and experienced, licensed Contractor for the construction of a new 40,000 gallon per day potable water treatment and a new 17,000 gallon per day wastewater treatment system at Cattail Cove State Park located along the Colorado River approximately 11 miles south of Lake Havasu, Arizona.
