1. We are seeking the same or similar equipment that is new or like new condition with the latest technology and components, including carbonators and back flow valves. The fountain beverage dispenser units must be able to meet or exceed the volume abilities of the current equipment. Current equipment listed here for each of the nine high schools: Provide a list of equipment with manufacturer and model number of each equipment being provided in Pricing Proposal Section. 2. We are also seeking ice making and dispensing units that can handle the student lunch traffic. This is not equipment that the District has currently. This is new equipment for the District and can be a standalone machine. The highest total volume usage of ice is approximately 2,250 LBS within an hour and a half, primarily during two lunch periods. Each of the nine sites will have different volume usage of ice. List the equipment being provided indicating manufacturer, model number, and volume capabilities in the Pricing Proposal Section. 3. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to do their due diligence in discovering and proposing the proper equipment for the District's needs. Appointments may be scheduled with the District's Food Service Department to survey the facilities from April 21 - April 30, 2025.
