Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.New pre-cast columbarium walls with a total of 880 niches. 2.Hardscape improvements a. New walkways and concrete pads between the columbarium walls and existing walkways b. Widen walkways around the committal service shelter to improve the function and circulation for ceremonies where possible without creating a need for additional fill. 3.A total of 8 benches for the new walls. 4.New landscaping for the site area surrounding the new walls and walkways. 5.Addition of new caps to the existing columbarium walls. 6.Add Alternate #1 - Provide a 600 square foot concrete pad (20’ by 30’) to the west of the Maintenance Building to support future storage building (Tuff sheds or equivalent). 7.Add Alternate # 2 - Add gutters and downspouts to address snow and ice buildup on the north side of the existing Administration building and both sides of the Committal Services Shelter, modifying the walkways as needed to maintain a flat surface at the new downspout locations.
