Specifications include, but are not limited to: Eligible costs refer to multiple COVID Public Information media campaigns to include, but not limited to, Cable TV Advertising, YouTube Videos and Targeted Display Ads. Yavapai County Community Health Services will work with the vendor of choice to create messages. Campaigns need to provide outreach and marketing services sufficient to ensure equitable and culturally sensitive messages. YCCHS is asking for Targeted Display with GeoFencing and Location Targeting. These campaigns need to focus on COVID testing, COVID vaccination and COVID preventative measures. These will include a Winter campaign (December 2022 to February 2023), a Holiday campaign (November 2023 through January 5, 2023), and a Spring campaign (March through April 2023). Written data reports are needed to show campaign outreach success. Vendor will be asked to provide briefings/updates to YCCHS leadership that presents information and rational on proposed media campaigns. Campaigns need to focus on how to mitigate spread of COVID-19 in Yavapai County through expansion of testing, increase vaccine to rural and underserved communities in Yavapai County, collaborations with health community organizations and rural partners to build a sustainable outreach testing program and to create and promote health communication materials and health education messages to inform and protect the communities. Campaigns should be focused on both English and Spanish speaking populations. Successful proposal work must be completed by April 30, 2023, and within grant deadlines
