Specifications include, but are not limited to: Information Collection and Water Supply Inventory i) The consultant shall prepare a comprehensive water supply inventory that identifies and documents the types and quantities of water supplies potentially available to meet the replenishment needs of the CAGRD. (1) Evaluate water supply information and studies previously prepared by CAWCD and available from outside sources, identify data gaps, and acquire supplemental data as needed to fully characterize the individual supplies. (2) Compile the spatial and tabular data from i.1.), and make available to CAWCD in a format suitable to utilize ESRI-based GIS software to manage the data and support the evaluation and analysis of supplies. ii) Develop evaluation criteria to characterize the suitability of water supplies, screen and rank the supplies to establish priorities for acquisition.
