Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide as-needed concrete preservation and repair services for sidewalks, bridges, curbs, multiuse paths, etc. Locations may be anywhere within the City of Scottsdale. 1. The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide concrete preservation and repair services on an “as needed” basis for sidewalks, bridges, curbs, multi-use paths, etc. for the Street Operations Department at the City of Scottsdale. Locations may be anywhere within the City of Scottsdale. 2. Services are not limited to grinds, cracks, displacements, or spalling. 3. The services and materials supplied shall meet or exceed the requirements of Section 725 of the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction latest edition. 4. Estimated annual quantities for general concrete preservation and repairs estimated at 5,000- 20,000 square feet. 5. Awarded Contractor shall provide the labor, material and equipment for each repair as specified by the City of Scottsdale at the time of order.
