Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Flagstaff (“City”), a municipal corporation, is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers for the consulting, design, layout, printing and distribution of a City Publication currently known as “Cityscape”, a Flagstaff area publication established in 1997. The purpose of this publication is to inform citizens on City programs, services, issues, events, and activities. A copy of the current City publication, “Cityscape” is available for review at the City of Flagstaff Purchasing Office and online at www.flagstaff.az.gov. Proposers interested in submitting proposals shall respond in accordance with the specifications as stated below. The City is interested in improving and enhancing this publication and is seeking proposals from experts in this field. PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS The City is seeking a Proposer that can provide the following services: • Consulting/Design/Layout • Copy editing/spell checking/proof reading • Graphic Design • Photos/Graphics • Online redline editing • Editorial analysis with matching design and layout • Pre-press/Printing/Binding • Distribution and Coordination with USPS (United States Postal Service) and City of Flagstaff Mailroom • Interactive, digital Formatting for posting to City Website • General knowledge base of Flagstaff Community • Cover Photo/Art • Placement of advertising copy
