Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contract will be a unit price contract for an indefinite amount of Products and Services to be furnished at specified times, or as ordered. In some cases, indefinite quantity contracts may state a minimum quantity that the City is obligated to order. The City may make available to Contractor’s information regarding the City’s purchase history or projected estimates of the approximate quantity of Products that will be needed. The City makes no representations as to the accuracy of such information. Each Contractor is required to perform its own due diligence on which to base its bid. Inaccuracy of purchase history or projected quantity estimates provided by the City will not give rise to any claim against the City or entitle any Contractor to rescind its bid or terminate or amend the Contract.
