The initial scope tasks are anticipated to be for Right of Way Survey, Final R/W Plans and SLD Exhibits. Right of Way Survey: The selected Consultant will prepare an R/W Survey from approx. MP 85.5 to MP 87.5, within Sections 9, 14, 15 & 16 of T2N-R8W. Anticipated due date of the initial review submittal of the Results of Survey: Feb. 13, 2026. Final R/W Plans: The Final R/W Plans will be prepared for an estimated 1 parcel, which is anticipated to consist of AZ SLD. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Final R/W Plans: March 20, 2026. State Land Exhibits: A standard State Land Exhibit(s) will be prepared for anticipated new R/W. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Exhibit(s): March 20, 2026. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that additional scope tasks that will be requested on this project will be for the Initial R/W Staking and Final R/W Monumentation Survey.
