Specifications include, but are not limited to: Yavapai County will receive funds from the US Department of the Treasury for specific uses listed in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). The awarded business or individual will provide grant administration, accounting and compliance services to assist Yavapai County in effective management and oversight of the Yavapai County Broadband Initiative and ARPA funding, and to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements, including, but not limited to, legal, regulatory, and reporting provisions. The Contract will be funded by ARPA as authorized by ARPA; the Compliance and Reporting Guidance for State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds issued by the US. Department of the Treasury on July 19, 2021, and as revised November 15, 2021, Part 1, Section D(2)(a); and the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds FAQs dated November 15, 2021, Section 10.5.
