Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1. All equipment shall be provided by the awarded contractor. The contractor will have the capacity to come to BASF, or have a testing facility within 15 miles of BASF, to perform these annual tests. Approximately forty to fifty employees will require this testing on an annual basis. Testing shall be done on one or two consecutive days. 2.1.2. Audiogram testing must be in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.95 (in its entirety, including all related appendix(s)). All blood tests shall be conducted using only Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy and according to 29 CFR 1910.1025 (in its entirety, including all related appendix(s)). Test results shall be provided to a designated AZGFD representative(s) no later than 14 days after employee testing. 2.1.3. The contracted vendor will be responsible for providing interpretations of results and consultations with employees as needed and required under all existing OSHA regulations. This would include evaluation and assessment of medical results and determination of any changes in employee test results from baseline testing using only Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy. 2.1.4. Provide medical consultation for the purpose of evaluating all medical testing services to determine the need for further medical evaluation and provide guidance to the AZGFD designated representative(s).
