Scope of Work a. The Navajo Division for Children and Family Services is requesting proposal and cost from qualified vendors to host a Basketball Skills Camp for school age children, ages ranging from 4 to 18. b. To host two Basketball Skills Camps. c. Assure that participants are enrolled and applicable information are collected about their age, contact information, emergency contacts, T-Shirt sizes, etc. d. Incorporate Navajo cultural teachings into the Basketball Skills Camp curriculum. e. Have hands-on basketball skills development stations. f. Each session to host up to 150 youth (Participants). g. Provide all necessary equipment to host the event: Registration, basketball camp, general assemblies, AV equipment, etc. h. Provide educational material or incentives for the participants such as T-shirts, socks, lanyard, backpacks, custom shorts, and/or hoodies. The incentives can be given as a standard incentive to all participants, or in increments of selected items based on accomplishments.
