All sign installation and maintenance will take place on Town owned property, on vehicular streets, and in the public right-of-way. Safety is the Town’s top priority, and the vendor must prioritize safety as well. Banners and signs must be installed with the highest quality material and commitment to safety. Vendor shall abide by the rules and regulations of OSHA. For each project, the vendor must submit a traffic control plan in accordance with their Traffic Control and Safety Policy. All safety rules and regulations set by the Town must be followed. While working on site, the vendor is responsible for providing the necessary equipment, lighting, cones, barriers, etc. to provide maximum visibility for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The vendor must also clear the work area of all debris and installation materials prior to completion of the project.
