The City of Flagstaff (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institution(s), (“Contractor(s)”) to provide banking services. This solicitation is being conducted to establish a contract to provide primary banking and depository services to the City of Flagstaff City (City), per specifications called out herein. The City is open to awarding multiple contracts for the services stated herein to achieve the best products and services that are in the best interest of the City. It is the intent of the City to award a contract for an initial five-year period, with the ability to renew annually at the mutual consent of the City and the Contractor. The City makes no guarantee regarding the actual amount of work requested to be performed pursuant to a resulting contract.
