Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Mesa Security Services is seeking to enter into a term contract for the purchase of miscellaneous badging supplies. Depending on demand, Security Services can print and issue between 9,000 and 12,000 badges annually although quantities are estimated only and are not implied nor guaranteed. Supplies must be compatible with QT 1 Fargo HDP printers, models 5000 and 5600. Along with ID badges, City staff issues a means of displaying the ID or carrying the access device. City staff also provide custom lanyards to assist in identification of an individual’s purpose on City property. Custom lanyards identify contractors, volunteers, and other specialty groups. Examples of the lanyards and other badging supplies are attached (Exhibit 3).
