The City would like to take a considered approach to provide redundancy in the electrical distribution system and to address aging electrical infrastructure. The City will provide the available testing results and testing results for review, but the consultant may need to perform additional testing and analysis. It is anticipated that the selected consultant will build on that information to prepare a Design Concept Report (DCR). This report is expected to include alternatives for items such as equipment replacement, siting and conductor routing, phasing, estimated costs, and final recommendations. It is also expected that the consultant will develop a basis of design that may include schematic level drawings and technical specifications. The project may also include detailed design and construction phase services for the improvements. The City may include other miscellaneous improvements at the site, as needed.
