The Consultant will analyze the Avenue B & C Ferguson lateral starting on 5th Street and Palm Avenue and ending at the West Main Canal, the improvements needed for full compliance for constructing the sidewalk along the East side and South sides of the Ferguson Lateral. Consultant shall prepare a Final Engineering Design and Environmental Review to be submitted to the Arizona Department of Housing, Community Development Block Grant in order for Yuma County to secure funding for the necessary improvements to the area. Therefore, the reports must meet the requirements of the Arizona Department of Housing, Community Development Block Grant criteria. This project has subsequent phases, and Yuma County will procure future services.
