Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The Contractor will perform the following work in two locations (1015 Fair St & 12840 Central Avenue): a) Demolish approximately 80,320 SQ Ft of Asphalt, combined between two locations, which includes taking Asphalt down to the Base Course layer b) Haul all existing pavement material, which is demolished, to an appropriate dump site c) Install 3” of hot asphalt over all SQ Footage where existing asphalt was demolished. The two locations- • Administrative Services AKA Fair St. 1015 Fair St Prescott AZ 86305 approximately 63,320 SQ Ft. a) Stripe parking lot to existing layout and symbols (as applicable) to include 180 stalls, 1,000ft cross hashes, 6 handicap stalls with accessible isle. b) Pre-lower 2 manholes, 2 water valves 1 electric box. c) Replacement of Curbs- approximately 30 linear feet of vertical curb and gutter and two (2) 30 linear feet of single curb to be replaced. See Site Plan Notes #2 d) Remove and Replace approximately 26 linear feet of 6 inch wide ribbon curb. See Site Plan Notes #7. • Mayer Justice Court 12840 Central AVE Mayer, AZ 86333 approximately 17,000 Sq Ft. a) Stripe parking lot to existing layout and symbols (as applicable) to include 34 stalls, and 1 handicap stall with accessible isle. b) Perform final adjustments to utilities c) Install 34 new concrete parking bumpers stops. e) Install approximately 265 linear feet of thickened reinforced asphalt edging on outer edges f) Adjust 1 manhole
