4.1. Provide asphalt material, delivery and unloading services to the institutions identified in Section 2. Purpose and Background. 4.2. Provide asphalt tack coat preparation material and tack coat installation services at the institutions identified in Section 2. Purpose and Background. 4.2.1. All other preparation, crack filling, laying of pavement, and compacting/rolling of pavement shall be performed by ADCRR crews and equipment. 4.3. Provide pricing to furnish and deliver the specified herein asphalt material, delivery and unloading services and asphalt tack coat preparation material and installation services to the ADCRR institutions identified in Section 2. Purpose and Background. 4.4. Supply all labor, labor burdens, personnel, license(s), materials, equipment, transportation, services, permits, insurance, per diems, all applicable taxes, and all other items of expense required to furnish and deliver the specified herein asphalt materials and services. 4.5. Submit the proposed mix design for approval to ADCRR a minimum of one (1) week prior to beginning of paving activities.
