Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services includes preparation of a preliminary program/master planning for the proposed project(s). This analysis will require scrutiny of existing utility infrastructure condition assessment and capacities. Once the programming/master planning phase is complete, a definitive scope will be identified. The scope of services also includes preparation of design and contract documents for the construction of the proposed facilities. The following professional services will be required to fulfill the contractual obligations for this project; architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, interior design (incl. FF&E), mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, life safety/building code/ADA consulting if not available in-house, fire-protection system engineering, audio- visual and telecommunications design, cost estimating services, sustainability consulting services and environmental graphics design. Some of the project objectives are: Construction will be concrete “tilt up” construction.
