Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 Contractor shall create rate sheets under the direction of AGFD for each publication as well as any media kits necessary for advertising sales. 2.1.2 Contractor shall pursue display advertising but may also pursue corporate sponsors using a tag line. 2.1.3 Contractor shall provide monthly call/lead reports for activity verification and documentation of ad placement acceptance and denial. The monthly report will consist of a spreadsheet listing the successful contacts, sales made, revenue generated, agency discounts given, ad status, etc., and shall be emailed to the designated AGFD contact within 10 days of the close of each month. 2.1.4 Contractor shall keep an accounting of advertising revenues generated by publication, including the ad sale price, discounts given (if any), the commission owed, and the amount AGFD will receive. This record shall be provided with the monthly report and made available at AGFD’s request.
