Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Acquisition. 4.1.1. Acquisition services shall consist of acquiring property as required for various projects. The contractor shall comply with Federal and State laws and the Department’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations, unless otherwise directed by the Department, and shall provide services in accordance with the following guidelines: 4.1.1.1. When notified by the Department, accompany the Department’s Appraiser and Monitor to personally inspect the subject property to be acquired prior to presenting the offer to ensure all potential interests and improvements have been addressed. Immediately notify the Department of any potential concerns after inspection. 4.1.1.2. After receipt and review of the Department’s delineation package, personally inspect the subject property to be acquired prior to presenting the offer to ensure all potential interests and improvements have been addressed.
