Specifications include, but are not limited to: ASU’s Sun Devil Athletic Department (SDA) is seeking a vendor with a proven track record as a primary ticket provider. This would include event ticketing processing, event access control, fundraising/customer relationship management, e-commerce, and reporting systems in one ticketing system. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following: Providing, hosting and maintaining web-based software, Providing training and user documentation to university staff members, system conversion and assistance, Providing expertise and recommendations for system/service operations relative to the system provided, Providing minimum system hardware specifications and where possible pass-through discounts on equipment purchases, Providing data conversion planning and assistance, Providing secured on-line access to the campus ticketing service and its ticketing and donor serviced customers.
