1. Ensure Minimum of ten artists per week. 2. Ensure products include any art or craft materials. Items that cannot be sold include: food, non-food value –added items such as soap, candles, cosmetics and household items. 3. Ensure Artist will have 1.5 hours prior to set up and 1.5 hours after the close of the event to tear down. 4. Ensure all vendors allow the Town of Fountain Hills to inspect their booth at any time, with or without notice, so as to maintain the integrity. 5. Communicate to the artists they are NOT permitted to park on Avenue of the Fountains, local businesses, and surrounding amenities. Parking on the Avenue of the Fountain is only permitted during set up and tear down. 6. Ensure/enforce that all advertising on Town Property adheres the Town sign codes. 7. Be responsible for submitting weekly attendance and sales report to the Town of Fountain Hills.
