Specifications include, but are not limited to:Furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment as necessary to perform the facility maintenance services defined in this Scope of Work; 1.2.2 Have at least two (2) years of experience in providing facility maintenance services; 1.2.3 Maintain active status all Federal, State, County and Local licenses and permits required to operate the Contractor’s business; 1.2.4 Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards during the performance of all contracted services; 1.2.5 Perform all work during daylight hours, Monday through Friday. The City observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas; 1.2.6 Comply with all Federal, State, local laws, regulations, permits, standards and ordinances pertaining to environmental protection for materials, techniques, and processes used under this Scope of Work. Failure to comply shall be sufficient grounds for non-payment and immediate termination of contract.
