B.2 SCOPE OF WORK DriveSafety DS-250W-S Clinical Driving Simulator w/ 5 Monitor Set OR EQUAL Though behind the wheel evaluations remain the gold standard for driver rehab specialists, this drive simulator provides therapists the ability to evaluate a patient s ability to operate a vehicle in an environment that will not potentially compromise the safety of the patient, therapists, and public. In addition, specific scenarios may be set-up to evaluate the patient s ability to perceive and address a variety of road conditions and hazards (basic to highly complex). The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
