The Department of Equipment Services intends to solicit quotations to up-fit prisoner transport using 2024 and 2025 Ford Transit 250 (4 vehicles total)
All applicable parts must be provided by the awarded vendor, and labor costs must be included. The parts list is attached to the bid. Please upload quotes and fill out the line items given. Please include 1 quote for each vehicle when submitting the task order.
In addition to the parts sheet, the vans will need to be equipped with a secondary tie-in style air/heat conditioning rooftop low-pro system and have the vents ducted into the cages, with the controller located in the cab. The system will include a minimum of 30,000 BTU A/C and 40,000 BTU heat.
On Quote, please provide a quote individually per vehicle to include Vehicle # and VIN # on each quote. Parts, labor, and Tax must be separated on the quote.
The terms and conditions are referenced in the main contract 240076-C. The complete build must be received by December 31, 2025, or as close to the date. This will be part of the award criteria. All deliveries will be made at Maricopa County Equipment Services Fleet Management Division at 3325 West Durango, Phoenix, Arizona 85009.
