This request for quotation intends to establish a pricing agreement for Boat Service and Replacement Parts / Accessories for Maricopa County Patrol Boats, Air Boats, and Work Boats. This pricing agreement is to be utilized on an “as required” basis when our in-house Field Technicians are not available. The service will include performing preventative maintenance (PM) and other repairs. The contractor(s) must have a local service facility, and a mobile service truck/technician is preferred. The County reserves the right to award by the whole, part, or geographically (East Lakes and West Lakes) to ensure full coverage. This agreement will cover one-year and include an option for renewal for an additional year from the date of award, provided that the quote is still in effect during the duration of the agreement.

EVALUATION AND AWARD
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
