D740-RFQ-0000000005 - Automotive Preventative Maintenance

The intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a pricing agreement with multiple contractors (s) throughout Maricopa County for automotive Preventative Maintenance (PM) for light-duty vehicles and 1-ton trucks. The PM service performed shall be only for an “A” PM, and any additional repairs must have prior approval. This is a requirements agreement to cover us through our fiscal year June 30, 2027 with a one year extension if applicable. In order to ensure adequate coverage, multiple awards may be made in whole or in part; whichever is in the best interest of the County. We are requesting service facilities in proximity to our Equipment Services Department (ESD) Service Centers and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District (MCSO) Stations and other secluded areas where our County agencies may require service on County vehicles. It is important to list all your service facilities that will be part of this RFQ. ESD or its authorized designee must approve all services under this RFQ.
 
BID SUBMISSION
Vendor Bids must be submitted through Bid.net only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.

MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME
Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.

EVALUATION AND AWARD
The award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
