2532 - High Speed Mail Counter

The Maricopa County Elections Department is seeking bids for the purchase of an automatic high-speed mail counter (QTY 1), comparable in design and functionality to the model featured at the following link: https://www.etbrett.com/automatic-high-speed-mail-counter.html. The requested equipment must be capable of efficiently and accurately counting high volumes of inbound election-related mail, including ballots, while minimizing manual handling. For context, the department currently uses three Omation 306 letter openers, which include envelope counting functionality. However, to avoid cross-division movement of equipment and the risk of unintentionally running mail through the cutting function when only counting is needed, we are seeking dedicated mail counters for standalone use. We request that bids include a service plan to ensure continued maintenance and support. Delivery is expected no later than October 2025. Please note that our facility is equipped with a loading dock to accommodate shipping and receiving.
