Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: The work consists of the relocation of water lines for Tonto Hills Community. This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all operations required for installing new water linesthroughout the Community of Tonto Hills and removing sections of the existing water lines as shown on the plans.
NOTE: This solicitation 260011-DBB replaces solicitation 250042-DBB that was cancelled on 09/18/25. All construction work on this contract is to be completed within 180 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and following the contract time allowed for construction work are 120 CALENDAR DAYS for internal administrative purposes thereby resulting in a total contract performance period of 300 CALENDAR DAYS.
