250049-ROQ - Southwest Regional Justice Center Expansion

Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed Statements of Qualifications electronically through an outside e-procurement platform, BidNet Direct, to provide Architectural Service and construction administration services as described herein. Services to be performed may include full design and construction administration services including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines to expand the existing ~75,000 SF facility to the east and build out an additional Justice Court in the existing facility utilizing one of the shelled spaces that allowed for additional courtrooms to be added. Expansion to the east will include multiple Superior Courtrooms and related support spaces, office space, and space for other County services.

It is the intent of Maricopa County to award one contract to one person or firm for professional services. No Pre-Proposal Conference or Site Walk has been scheduled under this procurement.
