Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to receive responses from qualified contractors who can provide off-site storage and related services for the inactive and semi-inactive records of Maricopa County (County) departments and Participating Public Agencies (PPAs) to ensure legal and regulatory compliance as well as security and cost-effective access to records.

The County is soliciting these services on behalf of itself and other government agencies. The resulting contract(s) may be available through the Public Promise Procurement (PPP), powered by the National Association of Counties (NACo).
