250038-CMR - Office Space Optimization Project

Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal electronically sealed qualifications, through outside e-procurement platform, BidNet Direct. The project to include pre-construction services and construction management services for tenant improvement construction within five different buildings in the Downtown Phoenix area. (see solicitation for details and reference map)  Several architecture firms are performing designs for these improvements.

The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract.

The construction budget range is approximately $23,300,000.00

Project is expected to be completed in an expedited manner. No pre-proposal conference or site walks are scheduled under this procurement.
