Maricopa County (County) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed Statements of Qualifications electronically through an outside e-procurement platform, BidNet Direct, to provide Architectural Service and construction administration services as described herein: Full design and construction administration services including and but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and food service disciplines for an approximately 105,00 SF operational detention food production factory that serves the various County detention facilities.
The primary scope of the project will be to initially fully assess the facility’s condition. They will then be required to provide design remedies for the interior finishes, HVAC / electrical / plumbing infrastructure and food production systems.
Respondents to have a commercial restaurant design consultant as part of their team, they are to be listed along with other Key Team members with their resumes.

It is the intent of the County to award one contract to one person or firm for professional services.
