Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for SEALED BIDS for the work described herein: Work consists of existing building renovation of the appx 20,000 SF, MCSO District 1 Substation located in Mesa, Arizona. Work includes interior wall reconfiguration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security electronics, and camera systems.

All work on this contract is to be completed within 320 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
A non-mandatory "in-person" pre-bid conference and non-mandatory site walk have been scheduled under this solicitation.
