INTENT

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), in partnership with Correctional Health Services (CHS), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, implement, and support a secure electronic medical wristband monitoring system. This system will assist MCSO and CHS in monitoring inmates placed on CIWA (Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment), COWS (Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale), or other designated medical protocols.

BID SUBMISSION:
Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidNet Direct only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.

MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME:
Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q&A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.

EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
