250080-RFP - Forensic Toxicology Lab Testing Services

INTENT:
Maricopa County (County) is seeking a source for postmortem forensic toxicology testing at a contractor’s facility. Pricing shall be all inclusive of the test kits and the shipping charges. The testing will include all current testing processes and procedures with the ability to add new testing processes and procedures as they become available in the marketplace and/or the County has an identified need.

BID SUBMISSION:
Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidNet Direct only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.

MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME: Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.

EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.

All questions must be submitted through BidNet Direct ONLY by the date and time listed in the bid.

Maricopa County Small & Local Certification:  
If you are eligible for the MCSL Certification and have not submitted your MCSL Attestation Form and supporting documents, please submit these with your response. You will only be required to do this one time.
